Hello - when I use the quick search bar in Dynamics, it does not pull by keyword.

For example, if I am looking for a Account with NYC but the full name of the account is "Company X - NYC" it pulls nothing.

I only get a result if I search "Company X" etc

I have the same question (0)

What is the product you are using?

Can you give a screen shot?

Have you checked by *NYC or *NYC*?

Please see what is select as Searchable fields in the QuickFindView by default that will be the name attribute but you can add more fields there. Now when you say full name that may include first name + last name. Or just try wildcard search as * - NYC or Company X *
