a customer wants the he gets automatic email reminders for upcoming activities from opportunities. how could that be achieved?

Power automate or logic apps could be used here. Have an api or web service to gather the tasks which are linked to an opportunity and then use the outlook connector to send an email per entry. This is kind of similar: d365bcangle.wordpress.com/.../
