I'm getting permission issue complaining about prvReadComplexControl privilege.  (Principal user is missing prvReadComplexControl privilege), it happens on opening an Individual entity.

The error disappears when I grant read privilege to Process Configuration entity in my security role. 

But the thing is, Process Configuration is introduced as a permission to access Business Process Flow, but there is no BPF for my Individual entity, however, it has workflows. I need to make sure this permission is required for entities using workflows as well, does anyone know about any document clarifying this. (I couldn't find anything)

    Thanks Nithya, for your help but I don't think that's valid for my case , I'm using an on-demand WF and it doesn't refresh the page automaticaly.  ("users need this access level to let them see the new refreshed UI form.")

    ComplexControl entity is for internal use only. However, users need read access to this entity in order to see the updated experience for lead and opportunity forms.

    Go to Customizations tab and search for the Process Configuration entity and assign the privileges for the security role.
