Has anyone in Scotland set up CRM integrated with a predictive dialler?

Hi, just to update you that Dynamics Dialer is now part of Dynamics Telephony (www.dynamicstelephony.com). It is a bit different from the other solutions you mention in that it includes a built-in dialer - for example, all dialer data stays in the CRM and all results are in the CRM too. - not hosted, or external dialer

We have previously written our own integration to an ERP, and this time hoped for something more out of the box (if we decide to take Dynamics CRM).
I found three solutions online so far and was hoping for a more neutral view than I'd get from their sales teams. Perhaps Dialler users are not forum users.

I am not aware of any such integration. But I believe it can be achieved by simply exporting the contacts and their phone numbers in order to import it into your dialer application or via SDK to create a custom integration between the 2 applications.
