Activated trial instance of D365 with Sales Hub. After clicking on Advanced Settings settings gear didn't see the full list of settings. How to resolve this and get the full list of settings ?

I would suggest looking at the following options to start troubleshooting this issue.
What user are you logging into the environment as? If the full list of settings are not available, this can be related to permissions. Are you logged into Dynamics 365 as a user who has the System Administrator security role?
If you go to the following URL, can you see the Security options, do you see Users so that you can manager security roles?

Click on the down arrow next to Settings in the black ribbon, does that show any other options?
If we check these two items, we should have a better understanding of where the issue lies.
