Sitemap Designer does not allow Save and Publish

Hi,

I need to edit the Sitemap in Sitemap Designer as one of the sub areas is no longer working. I have details on how to do this and what to put in the URL field but the Save, Save and Close, and Publish options are constantly greyed out for everything despite the fact I'm the Sys Admin for our Dynamics 365 system. Can anyone shed any light on why this would be?

Have you tried a different browser and/or private mode. If that doesnt work, can you go into more detail about how you are getting to the app/site map?

That's a strange behavior, if you have the correct roles and license to perform this action.

I recommend for you to open a ticket with us for this behavior to be properly reviewed.
