Unable to save "Case" when changing "Origin" status

From last Wednesday we've noticed that we can't save any Case in which Origin status is not null. Usually our employee were using option "Phone Support". From 2014/12/10 we are unable to save case in which origin is not null. When we type the origin as null it's saving as usual.

We've nothing changed in last few weeks and it was working ok. Does anyone have any idea?

    - users don't get any errors. During first saving it's look like this: [View:http://wrzuc.se/images/548e930662c28.jpg]

    - save button is enabled

    - i usually use the save button in the right-bottom - it's working also

    - crm on-premises

    - there is no javascript code onchange ecent of the origin field: http://wrzuc.se/i/548e93d6a2ce5

    - inside onsave event - nothing found

    - the field is not required

    It's look like normally saving but it's take some minutes. After this time, it stays with no changes. In DB i can see that number of case was incremented.

    - it happens to all users (also with System Administrator)

    - we checked it on Chrome and Explorer (private and normal modes) on few computers

    Firstly we thought about Chrome update (which was released last week) but in explorer is the same problem.

    When I add without origin - it's working fine.

    When I change origin field into NULL, it's saving in few seconds (no metter if I have phone call as an activity inside):

    When I stop during this saving process and go into Cases view:

    wrzuc.se/.../548e97efe8082 -> Test case5 is the problematic one. After some refresh it's hidden. In DB (through SQL Management) there is no record with name Test case5. Also when i make a SELECT to Incident table shortly after this problem, it can take about 2 minutes to give me whole table. (only 230 records in incidents table)
