Touchscreen keyboard tendertypes selecting incorrect types in the tender window

During the tender step of a transaction, we get the green buttons at the bottom of the screen with the touchscreen keyboard, as shown in the screenshot below. However, when we touch these buttons, they go to a different tender type. Pressing Visa selects Return Card, Cash goes to Visa, etc. Any ideas on where to start?

    Store Ops Manager/Registers/ setup custom keyboards is the first place I would look at.

    RGRII, There are no controls for the tender type buttons in that menu. Here is what I ended up doing:

    Using SSMS, query the tender type table:

    Select * from tender

    Open the tender types menu in SO Manager and set the display order of each tender type to match the ID of the tender type in the query.

    Close and reopen POS and go to the tender screen. Now it works properly.
