I have CRM Online version which we got as a Partner. I continue to get this error even though I am in the Office360 and a license has been assigned to me. Tried just about everything. Even opened a tech support case, and they could not help it either. I created a new user in our Office360, assigned to that user a Dynamics license, and that was able to get in. It is just my user ID which is not able to get into Dynamics [online] version.

    I talked with support. They collected info to well define the issue and asked me to reproduce the behavior "live" . On Monday they will open a case and let me know...

    Hi all,

    same problem here (look at community.dynamics.com/.../102777.aspx). Believe it or not I'm on the phone right now opening a case with support... I'll post the answer!

    Hi RMCPSG, good morning,

    My name is Andrés Guzmán, I'm glad to help you.

    Please try, like a workaround to give Global Admin permissions to this user that you created in Office 365, wait a couple of minutes, maybe an hours and check if your user is reflected in your CRM Online.
