Changing Cut Off Date on an Unposted Billing Entry

I have an un-posted batch entry Bill that is dated 10/9/15, but I am trying to change the date to 9/30/15, however I am unable to do so because the cut off date is 10/9/15.

Is there any way to quickly change the date without deleting the invoice and re-running cycle biller?
