CRM on premise to Exchange server -- server side sync

(0) ShareShare

We are migrating our CRM on premise to new instance(server). so we restored the database and create new organzation and import into it. With this I think all users are copied to new instance.

Problem:

In our current instance we are using Email router.  In the new instance we are planning to use server side sync. While implementing how can we leverage the email boxes. How the authentication works with exchange server?

You set Exchange Server profiles, which contain information about your Exchange Server EWS Service urls and the credentials used for impersonation. Based on that you should be able to implement a connection.

    Hope this helps.
