    Hello every one,

    Additional info:

I need to restrict the user for edit the content in 365 online Portal. Only Admin can edit the content.

Is there any check available in CRM for disable the content Editor button in Portal?

    Thanks,

    Vasanth

    Hello,

You have to create Web roles directly in Dynamics 365.

And with the web role, you have to add specific privilege for all entities or web page.

Normally, with the new role, portal subscriber are not able to edit the portal content.
