Change log entries page date and time filter

Hi,
 
My client applied date and time filter on change log entries page.
 
 
She got below error message.
 
 
Also, Business Central /My Settings/ page and her device's date & time settings are same. Please give me suggestion to resolve this issue.

    As our colleague has indicated, what regional configurations are configured?
    Here I copy a link where I found a similar error when connecting via PowerBI to BC, I don't know if it can help you shed some light.

    The default Date Formart depends on your language and regional settings. You can copy the format displayed on the page and then just modify it.
    For example,
    2/5/2024 8:54 AM..3/6/2024 7:54 AM
