Hello!

We are currently building out inventory system and require some help.

When entering a new purchasing item into GP, is there a way to add vendor information? Primary/Secondary supplier information?

Also, is there in-program GP window that allows you to enter an item number and have it list out the Primary/Secondary supplier information or just a basic listing of suppliers used in the past.

    Yes, from the Item Maintenance window, click the Go To drop down in the upper right hand corner of the window, select 'Purchasing'.  Click in the gears icon in the Item Purchasing Options window, which opens the Manufacturer Item Maintenance window, where you can list multiple vendors and desginate one as Primary.

    Also, is there a way that when I enter a new PO for (ex.) Item A, with Supplier A, it automatically gets populated into that Manufacturer Item Maintenance window? Or do I have to manually enter this information?

    Sorry Omar, unfortunately, you must manually enter that info.
