Upgrading a solution

Hi,

I upgraded our environment from 8.2 to 9.0 but get the following email.

From this article it states that solutions can be upgraded - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/admin/install-remove-preferred-solution

However I am not able to upgrade the solution since the instance was upgraded to 9.0 or i am missing something ?

    Hi M,

    Did you give a wrong screenshot?

    If you want to upgrade your solutions, you should go to Instances tab not Applications.

    Hi,

    You can only upgrade the solution which are installed & have any upgrade available. So you need to first install the application (e.g. Portal Add On) and then once the app is installed, you will see the related solution under the solutions tab when you click particular instance. There is any upgrade is available for any solution, you can upgrade solution.
