Machine Costs not rolling up

I have a simple mfg BOM with 8 components and 2 subassemblies.  I've setup and checked, re-checked and triple checked my BOM, routings, work centers, Machine Definitions, etc, etc, etc.  No matter what I do, I cannot get the Machine Cost and the Machine Fixed and Variable Overheads to rollup into my BOM cost when I do cost rollup.  I've checked the forums, the KBs and have reviewed Accolade Publishings' Manufacturing Cost Accounting for GP.  The client also opened a case with MBS support and they couldn't figure out what's going on.

As a last resort, the client setup a brand new company, thinking there may have been some corrupt data in the old company, and I've done all the setup in the new company and it still doesn't work.

Has anyone out there experienced anything like this?  The material, labor, and labor overheads rollup fine (except the subassembly costs do not roll to the subassembly level but do roll to the parent level) but the machine costs don't.

Thx,

Figured it out - client had the subassembly routings, which have the machines assigned to them, set as Alternate instead of Primary.  Once set to Primary, the Machine Costs rolled up and so did the subassembly costs.
