Replace "Insert Template" button in Email form

As per requirement I could replace "Insert Template" button with custom button in E-mail entity ribbon. But I could not replace the same button inside the form under rich text(marked in below image). Can any one explain how can I replace that button with custom button..?

Hi,

This is very old threadb can you tell me how all functionality replaced with custom button like....apply template, select template list etc
