Hi all,
I need to create a new template database to refresh my configurations. Anyone have a how-to that will get me everything I need and nothing I don't?
Thanks,
BK

Thanks Jeff and Clint,
Now that you say it sure seems like a simple solution. Probably will only take me 30 minutes to make all my modifications and be done with it.
Much obliged,
Hello Brandon,
Thank you for your posts. Jeff is correct in his solution. The best way to do this is to create the template, make changes in SO, save and use it for your other stores.

That's the nature of the beast, it either grabs too much or not enough.
Create the database template, open with SO and change things, save it and use it for your new stores.
Thanks Jeff,
I am building a lot of new stores right now and I need to have a SO database to use as a template that contains all of my core cashiers (admins and regional mangers/supply chain and inventory crew) and security and configuration. I've been using a deployed store as the template DB but then I end up having to go through the configuration and clean out all of the unwanted users, blank out the items, etc.
What is it that you want to refresh, a store for HQ or wipe what you have clean?
If for HQ, follow the steps in HQ Admin Help for a new store.
