Hi,

I have a custom tab default visibility is false. As per requirement, it will visible only on selected TYPE, say 'A'

Opening any existing record (TYPE is NOT EQUAL to 'A'), it is observed that, when I clicked 'Add Phone call' or 'Add task' in social pane,

The custom Tab somehow is visible.

Please help, suggest!

    Hi Aniket ,

Your question is not clear , can you please give more details like what is the Type field value , where you have register your code ? what you need when you click  on 'Add Phone call' or 'Add task' .

    Hi Goutam,

    There are two tabs.

    1. Current stage Tab - will be visible only when record is saved.

    2. Summary Tab

TYPE field (option set) is present in summary Tab. Whenever user select TYPE value say - 'A' - and save. Current stage tab will get visible. For non-A Current stage is not visible. This requirement is working fine.

I was testing my requirement and what I found on social pane is, on click 'Add phone' or 'Add task' - for any non - A records (existing), current stage get visible, when I tried to debugged it, the style is set from display=none to display = inline-block.
