How to enable Articles in Security Role in MS Dynamics CRM v9.0?

Hi,

I have created a new Security Role. I want to show Article in Service --> Collateral tab. I have set Read rights but it doesn't display under Collateral in Service Tab. However, it is visible in System Administrator role.

Please suggest.

Hi Chahaya,

Have you checked the correct checkbox at the "Areas that display this entity" section of the entity page.

Please let me know if that didn't work.

Hi Inaam Khan,

It is already "Ticked" in "Service" and it is visible with "System Administrator" role. I have created new role which is copy of "Sales Manager" role and I was trying to make Article visible with new role which is copied of Sales Manager role.

Please guide

Can you try cloning customer service representative role or CSR manager role as they are service module related roles & service related entities - just a wild guess. :)
