CRM for Outlook 2013 - Ability to edit what related records are shown in the Tracking Pane?

Hey Everyone,

Does anyone know if the tracking pane inside an Outlook email window is editable at all?

We'd like to remove displaying that when an email is tracked, it is tracked to the displayed users and queues.  Contacts are the only records that we'd like to dislay under the Related Records heading.

    Hi Michael,

    Unfortunately, the tracking pane cannot editable.

    If the user does not have privilege to access this records, the link will be shown but an error will be displayed if he tries to click.

    Hey Flavia,

    That's unfortunate, I guess the only way I can get them to not appear is to not track to Queues or Users by disabling that feature in the records.

    I'll keep fiddling with it and see if I can come to a resolution our stakeholders like.
