Hi Team,
How I can call a custom API to make a phone call using Unified Interface click to call button. ( I am able to connect to Skype, Phone app etc. But want to connect to a custom web API to make a phone call).
Otherwise do we have any option to disable the click to call button on phone number field.
Do we have any supported way of customization to alter the click to call button action.

You can create PCF Control to do it. You can custom it and as long as you can consume the API. It's all supported.
I tried make one of the PCF control also and here's my post:
