Hello good afternoon I have a problem, could you help me?

The error occurs when closing the account form (attached image for better understanding).

The steps I take are as follows:

I open the form of an account in specific (because the error is not coming out in all accounts), and when closing the form (Image 01) I get this error (Image 02)

The records of this entity were migrated using SSIS, but why are some of the records giving me this error?

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property '_ctnt' of null

Try to check weather you've got customization or not. The easiest way, search through all your code using keyword '_ctnt'. If you don't find it, try to disabled all your customization and check again. Then you need to check 1 by 1 from that to know the real issue. Good luck.

    Hi ,

Agreed with @Timmy . It look like bug in your custom code.Check your code and find the _ctnt keyword you used .

for resolved these kind of problem.

    1) Check undefined or null before calling the properties.

It will help you to not getting these type of error.

jquery is not supported in Web resources.  you probably have a different jquery library than was in the legacy environment.
