Please advise on the best way to setup BC to automatically email a sales invoice after posting

    Create a document sending profile
     
    Add it to customer that you want to or make the document sending profile default for all customers.
     
     
    Use Post and Send in invoice

    There is not out of the box but you can check how send email function is working on Posted Sales Invoice page and create it in a codeunit.
    add codeunit in Job queue.
