Installing HQ Client, connecting to DB but can't go to other tabs? Need to activate but cannot. I am missing something?? Have to exit and says it will cancel activation??

configure the database connection settings, click Test database connection, then OK to show the activation window.
What exact error you receive. Do you have the original license key? Or you can try via telephone and get the installation ID your computer will have then call the microsoct customer center then theyll assist you on your activation.
