I created a new form for the opportunity entity for a custom model driven app.
When I create a new Phone Call through the timeline component using this form the "Call To" field is left blank. I've toggled between main form and quick create for the phone call and both behave the same.
If I use the existing form to create the call, this field is populated correctly.
Does anyone know what configuration I'm missing?
