eMail Historical Invoices

Using GP 2013 is there anything that has to be done differently to email historical SOP invoices as opposed to unposted invoices? We just tried to email an historical invoice that we had previously emailed while it was unposted. We go through the usual motions and nothing happens. No email is sent nor is there any error message. Simply nothing happens.

Richard make sure on the option page that you select - if there - print previously printed documents - this is often overlooked when doing historical reprints.

Post to update if this is not the problem.

After clicking the eMail button there is no confirmation box that appears allowing you to click 'Previously Printed Documents' Also, I just tested an historical invoice and in GP 2015 R2 you do not need to click the 'Print Previously Printed' documents for historical invoices.

Ok, I mentioned this due to a live situation this morning with one of my clients, he was not able to print a document until selecting that button on the report option page.  I did not personally look at the eMail function -- just tossed this out.

I will watch my processing and see if anything jumps out at me.

Did you find a resolution for this? I seem to be having the same problem on historical invoices. If the original invoice didn't send via email, the historical does not have a message id assigned which I think may be the issue, but I don't know how to solve it.
