issue in connecting plugin registration Tool/XRM Toolbox from new org created

Hi have created a new organisation say test.domain.ae for development in crm deployment manager where prod.domain.ae is already there which is my production organisation.

My dev url works fine with local host but https is not working.when i checked with security team they told it will not be hosted in internet since its development.

Now my concern is 

1.how can i connect with XRMtoolbox and pluginregistration tool 

2.Is there any way that i can connect with IP of the server where prod and dev org is available.

TIA .Kindly note this is dynamics crm 2016 onpremise

    http://localhost/testorgname/main.aspx-working

    https://testorgname.domain.ae-not working.

    I created record in host of crm app server say ,

    IP of server testorgname.domain.ae(XXX.XXX.XX.XXX testorgname.domain.ae)

    the i accessed https://testorgname.domain.ae but its pointing to another organisation which is hosted in IIS.

    how the URL redirection happens in CRM ?

    Org service :https://internalcrm.domain.ae/testorgname/XRMServices/2011/Organization.svc

    Tried with both the options but no luck here i could get the logs,

    when tried with xrmtoolbox version 1.2018.10.29 

    Org service :https://internalcrm.domain.ae/testorgname/XRMServices/2011/Organization.svc

    error log:

     An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

    what error are you getting?

    you can also try to connect using organization url which you will get from settings > customizations > developer resource > organization service.

    I can connect to plugin registration tool .

    But unable to connect to XRMtoolbox for the new organisation.

    Hi

    Yes you can ,

    It would something like

    Ip addresss : port: crmorgname

    Example - 10.11.30.110:5555:PassionDynamics

    Hi there,

    Okay no matter where the crm is installed, its going to be accessed by someone/users.

    Your security team simply means on the server where crm is installed , the internet will be turned off but crm will be accesible by users.

    So same way xrmtoolbox and plugin registration tool will be accesible.

    If there its going to be hosted in an intranet/private network- all you have to do is take plugin registration tool and other tool in the same network system and use them.
