Customer Statement Word report not showing company logo on all pages

Hi, I have a scenario on Customer Statement (ID 1316) when printing the report for one month for all customers (Only adding start and ending date filters).
The Company logo will only appear on the first page and not on the rest.
I used the base Customer Statement word report for BC21and got the same problem.

Here is the weird part.
1. When running the report from Home page the Request page is different than running it from Custom Report layout. both reference ID 1316

The Custom Report request page has a Preview button, actually shows a pdf preview and shows the company logo on all the pages in preview.
Unlike the Customer Statement that is run from home page. The home page request page downloads all the reports no matter what Report output you select. (Print, Preview, PDF, Word )

Question
Is there any way with setups to get the custom report request page with the preview button as the default when searching for the Customer Statement?
Or
With the word layouts how can I alter the report to always show the Company logo dynamically on the word report.

P.S. the Logo only disappears when we select preview as report output from the home page Customer statement. The other options (Print, PDF, Word) shows the logo on all the pages.

Hi, it's really weird.

I also tested it, the situation is the same as yours, the actions of the request page is different.

I added another report to the home page to test it, and there is no such problem.

I compared the standard code and found that the UsageCategory Property is not set in report 1316 "Standard Statement".

But now it can be searched and added to the homepage.

I suspect this is a bug and hope other experts can give you better advice.

As you noticed, there is a difference between running a report from Search versus Custom Report Layout is that:

• From Search system finds old customer statement report 153, and from that report run Standard Statement 1316 report, which has same caption, and that is why user see request page from report 1316. Because report 153 is processing only, request page will have OK and Cancel button.

• From Custom report layout system will run normally report 1316

What we will do is that we will remove old customer statement report from Search box, so user will not be able to run the report again, and user will also not be confused with two different pages for the same report.

Also note that Customer Statement report 153 has Usage category Documents and it is processing only. Standard Statement report 1316 has no usage category though they have the same caption. When we search for Customer statement report, we open the request page of report 1316 like a processing only (which is wrong).

Currently I do not know if the April release will include the fix. Otherwise, it will be May.
