GTIN barcodes

Has anyone resolved the requirement to have 2 or more GTIN barcodes for a Product.

Example 

F/O product code supplied from from than one Vendor 

Vendor 1 Item Code CV001  CNT Gtin code 193000234432

Vendor 2 Item Code CV001  CNT Gtin code 193200224578

Both Vendors pack into there own Carton with there own Gtin 

Dynamics allows you to have more then one Barcode for a product but only a Single GTIN number 

any Suggestions

    GTIN teoriaclly are assigned by the GS1, so it should be the same for the same product.

    This is the way it was designed. 
    You could "emulate '' different GS1 for the same product, by creating a virtual unit of measure for the product, having 1 to 1 relationship.

    Hello Tom,

    You know how in D365 the GTIN include some additional information such as quantity, Unit of Measure, variant etc.  Do your vendors have different GTIN for different permutations?  If not and its a single code for CV001 CTN, from the Released Product, on Purchase tab of the ribbon, look at the External Item Description (see below).  If you want to show that external number and descriptions, you can configure Purchase Confirmation in Forms set-up to display it.  WHen receiving a PO with RF mobile for a specific vendor, the system will be able to relate the external number to your Item Number.

    If Vendors have several codes for various variants or unit of measure of the same item, then that won't work and will likely have to extend the GTIN or, more probably, the barcode table to include vendor.
