Hello guys,

I have 2 questions.

1. Does the Post/Activity/Notes control have a configuration to notify the owner of the record when someone posts something in their records?

2. At Advanced Find, how could I find records (opps) that haven't been modified in x days?

ps: I use CRM 2013 Online.

    Thanks for your answers! But for the 2 point, "on or before" will only let me to put a date, not x days.

    Hi Raul,

    You can use Modified On and "Last X Days" as the condition. This will give you the ability to write the number of days.

    Yes you could create a workflow to notify the owner but that does not makes sense as its a redundant . Just to do that only CRM introduced social pane  as users can see all the notifications right in the crm in one place in their social wall once they login.

    2. At Advanced Find, how could I find records (opps) that haven't been modified in x days?

    I don't think there is anyway to do this. if you want in months you could use

    Modified on = Older than X months.

    My Bad, I overlooked the statement.

    Yeah Raul, there is no condition which states a "No". You will have to use On or Before and calculate the date manually.
