Missing OCX Files When Upgrading Custom Applications

I'm in the process of upgrading from Dynamics SL 7.0 to 2015. That's actually gone alright. Lots of bumps, but seems to be working alright now.

But we have about 10 custom applications that also need to be migrated. It looks like I'll have to do that in two stages--migrating to 2011, and then to 2015. But I'm having trouble at the start. When using the Visual Studio 2008 migration tool, it finds that the source directory is missing four OCX files:

  • SAFCont.ocx
  • safdex.ocx
  • tabctl32.ocx
  • CommandBars32.ocx

Any ideas where I can get them? I'm pretty sure at least the first two are Dynamics files.

Thanks,

Dan
