    Hi ,

    Lot of ways are there to use the CRM web services in Integration.

    1. Manually you can consume the CRM web service in .Net application.

    2. Using Tools you can consume the CRM web service like Kingsway soft, Scribe etc.

    3. Create Custom web service to consume the CRM web service and External application service to perform CRUD operation.
