Hello everyone,
I came up with an issue regarding Business Process. After the business process was finished, I reactivated it. Then, it refreshed the record and erased ALL the fields on the process, all by itself.
I cannot understand why. Can anyone help me with this?

Do you have any rules or workflow , plugin in the back-end which set the value blank ?
Try to set field setSubmitMode always in the form onload or before the line when you set value using javascript.
Xrm.Page.getAttribute("header_process_FieldName").setSubmitMode("always");
