An unexpected error occurred after a database command was cancelled

Hi,
 
I am getting an error /An unexpected error occurred after a database command was cancelled/ while publishing an app from vs code . I have also tried manually upload extension from extension management page but getting the same error there as well.Can anyone tell what could be the reason for this error?
