We are doing a fresh installation of CRM 2015 on SQL 2014 to create a Development environment.
All (CRM Server + SQL 2014) are in one Virtual Server Box. Pre-installation checks are passed with tick marks.
User account used for installation is a Domain Administrator.
Installation started and after sometime installation fails with a strange message.
"Invalid user name. Failed to validate username for given domain. Only existing domain usernames and email addresses are allowed"
Has anyone encountered this issue? Can anyone please advise if we are doing anything wrong?
We have single domain (no trust), checked SQRS all good. Message does not give any clue about what user?We have used Network Service for all the services.
Any suggestion will be highly regarded. We are stuck and have no clue at this moment.
