I need to craet a new custom screen from scratch. can you hepl me in how to craete a new screen.

    You need the Dynamics SL Software Development Kit, along with Visual Studio

    The best place for you to start is with the SL SDK Help that is on the Dynamics SL Help Topics menu. Also, I'm told there is a training manual on SL Customersource that may be downloaded.
