Hello Everyone
We noticed that in D365 F&E Events Revenue, along with all the Donation Transactions, Soft Credit Transactions are also adding up.
I was always under the impression that Soft Credit wouldnt add up in these Revenue Calculations,
Can someone please let me know if there is anything I need to update for this to remove Soft Credits and Calculate the Revenue?
PS: We cant update the Status Reason of Transaction as the Contact will not be updated with 'Influenced' section.
