Hi Experts,

While trying to  configure the Entity List view for Calendar View for a custom entity having one date field in it, i am getting the below error on the page in the portal. It works properly with simple grid view and map view. It fails only for Calendar view with the below error.

We're sorry, but something went wrong. Error ID # [57cc228f-4e47-4f88-a559-07960511c4af]

We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly. Thank you for your patience.

Regards,

Nishant Rana

    Hello Nishant.

Tenfold has numerous functionalities that can make assigning and creating tasks easier. Our floating UI or call popup window has email integration, the @mention syntax, a calendar function, etc. Tenfold is a third-party CTI solution forMS Dynamics and over 20 CRMs. www.tenfold.com/.../dynamics

We are not receiving this error, but it seems regardless of how the calendar is configured, no items are showing. We have enabled global "read" Entity Permissions for Authenticated Users on our custom entity. We have tried mapping all the available listed fields. We have also tried un-mapping all fields other than the Start Date. Still nothing is showing either way. Is there some other configuration required?

Well, we found our issue. User error. The CRM view driving the calendar was filtering the events. Once we fixed the view, everything worked correctly. My apologies.
