Loading Entity Form Automatically based on Field Value of Record, Not based on Security Role

Hi Team,

I have one requirement that needs to automatically load particular form for Account based on status field value, below i am listing out the forms that i want to display automatically while loading the record status wise.

1. Form:  sales Form :  status : Develop

2.Form : service Form: status : Agreement

So if user is opening a record which has status as Develop then automatically Sales Form should be loaded.

and If user is opening a record which has status as Agreement then automatically Service Form should be loaded.

How could be implement this in CRM v 9.0 online, even we use navigate feature using javascript it is giving the form loading experience twice to Customer.

so please give any suggestions and workarounds.

Thanks,

Nagaraj

    Hi Nagaraj,

There isn't any straight forward/ standard way to specify the form based on  status. The only option you have is to add the JavaScript and used navigation as suggested above.

    Hope this helps.

    thanks Clement ,

I checked that link , it has same solution what i already implemented i.e, to navigate to specific.

but i dont want to navigate , while opening the record it self it should load that specific form
