Hello people,

Which softwares/methods are standard when integrating others systems to Dynamics CRM?

Which methods/softwares do you usually use and which language is required? Looking for what kind of resources are needed in order to handle the project internally, we want to integrate the CE with different ERP systems.

Adding to that, if you have major databases to connect and have complex migration/integration requirements that run continuously, I recommend Scribe and KingswaySoft for Data Migration. These are some pretty robust data migration tools.

Apart from that, API programs that talk to each other hosted on Azure, but then it all depends on the scale of implementation what suits best in that scenario.

If you are most recent version, you might want to take a look at Microsoft Flow (or Power Automate) along with CDS

Alternatively, D365 offers API , irrespective of programming language you can authenticate with the API and integrate with D365. (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/developer/common-data-service/authenticate-oauth)

You can find lot of samples in C# ( and community that can clarify if there are challenges) as it is most widely used language for Dynamics 365, but you can use other programming language also.

You need to consider the system with which you are going to integrate with too.
