Hi,

I think this problem has been posted already but still couldnt find an answer.

Version: Dynamics365, 8.2.2.160

I have 2 entities, let's say A & B.

I want to enrich data for several fields from entity A to entity B (same fields) by using a workflow. However when i try to configure the workflow, I cannot choose the option as seen below. I got this picture from another post.

There was already a solution (workaround) saying that I have to export it to an earlier version, but thats not possible anymore. How can I solve this?

Any help would be appreciated!

    Hello Michelle.

    The problem is that you try to copy the value of an option set... and this option set is a local one on each entity.

    So the IDs of the "values" in the option sets are different... The system cannot match them.


    If the option sets on both entities mapped to the same global list, you can copy them via workflow.

    Hello Michelle.

    When they both linked to the same global list... click on the field in your workflow form and on the right side the correct option set should be displayed in "Look for".
