Power pages Date field(datepicker)

Hi all,
 
I have been trying to filter my date field on a a basic form. the field nae is financialyearend. I want to make sure it only allow future and past months upto a year from current date.
 
I tried everything on the intenet with different scripts but not winning.
 
latest i used which is simple 
//$("#prefix_financialyearend").next().data("DateTimePicker").maxDate(moment())
