Hello experts,

On a sales quote, is there a way to default a shared email account to be used to send emails from when using the email confirmation function?

Yun Zhu is correct, you can use email scenarios to make a specific email account the default for sales quotes. Alternatively, you can make a specific email account the default account that will be used by all required tasks in the system, not only sales quotes.
