Hello - Can you elaborate on the issues you are experiencing while printing?
Hi Andy ,
Basically in NAV 2016 we used the Report Selection for specific reports to print directly to the printer , now we have upgraded to BC15.
Adding Printer(network shared) in the Report Selection is not possible as it does not show in the list . Saw a work around that it could be done by doing it directly in SQL so did it by adding the Printer but it still seems to not work as the output is still in PDF.

If the network printer is available to local machine and there isn’t any 3rd party printer manager being used it should be available to the Web Client. I would recommend verifying the printer is locally available to the server hosting BC Server Tier as well. In BC the printer selection table is generally for cloud printers defined by printer extension (noted in the below doc) but the following forum post has further detail on what can be done within BC 16 and we also have a new universal printing option in later versions as well that can help with network printing:
