Receipts used to print, about a year ago, and they suddenly stopped. I didn't work on the machines at that point so I don't know what changed since then but I know that the printer driver got uninstalled for some unknown reason.
I've gotten it reinstalled since then and its at the same settings that worked originally. The printer for receipts is set to the receipt's printer name, and it wont print on Microsoft Dynamics RMS. The receipt printer works, its able to print the Windows XP test print page, but it just wont work on Microsoft Dynamics RMS.
I've also tried the EPOS program for Espon printers, and it doesn't work either.
The receipt printer is TM-T88V, The Microsoft Dynamics RMS version is 2.0 (I'm pretty sure, from memory).
Is this a normal occurrence for it to stop working randomly? How can I fix it?
Thanks.

I have the same question (0)The Windows XP test page prints with the Windows drivers.
Receipts in RMS print with OPOS drivers.
You configure and test using the OPOS install and test utility first.
Once it passes the OPOS test.
Then you go into RMS and configure it using the same LDN (logical device name) as you did in OPOS. Do not use the printer model use something like (printer) is much easier but they both have to be exactly the same name. I also do not recommend you use any Epson drivers newer than 2.68e if using Windows XP or Windows 7. I hope this helps you.
