We are currently in the process of enhancing out existing Dynamics to utilise the new UI, as part of this we are creating/ updating the OOTB apps so each team has there own App.
At present I am working on the Sales area and since what I am looking to create is very similar to the Sales Hub I was hoping to configure this (most of the changes relate to what forms/ business process flows are utilised in the app). I have created and updated Apps in the past so expected it to be a fairly simple change. However, I am unable to edit the Sales Hub, we can access the OOTB Sales Hub at the front end, but whenever I try to open the App developer it appears momentarily and then an error appears. This happens in both our Sandbox and Production environment.
Has anyone else encountered this issue and/ or have any ideas how to overcome this?
