Is it possible to create composite Fields in Custom Entity.

Not yet. I suspect it will become an option when the Unified Interface and the custom control framework becomes available with the next release.

No, there of no out of the box way to create a composite field. However you can achieve a similar functionality using HTML and JS webresources.
