
I'm trying to reupload leads which is uploaded last month but have the wrong Country. So I edited it thourgh Dynamic worksheet. Unfortunately I have encountered error when re uploading it, please see pop up message below:

Unfortunately the error message is pretty generic.
Is this CRM Online or CRM OnPremise? If it's CRM OnPrem, can you please try to enable some CRM Platform traces while reproducing the issue? Here is a link that explains how you can do it: support.microsoft.com/.../how-to-enable-tracing-in-microsoft-dynamics-crm
You could also us the crm2011diagtool for this purpose: archive.codeplex.com
If it's CRM Online, then I guess your best chance is to reach out to MS Support for the traces.
This could give us a better understanding on what the issue is.
