Hello All Experts,

I need to know about creation of action for a custom button placed on a form.

Button has some code using JavaScript behind it.

I need step by step approach, I am new in creating action.

Also you can use CRMRestBuilder to build request and stub of code.

Hi,

1st install the Ribbonworkbench(www.develop1.net/.../ribbonworkbench.aspx) or use it through the Xrm toolbox(http://www.xrmtoolbox.com/)

2nd open the ribbonworkbench with the desired solution.

3rd create your custom button

4th attach to it a custom Jscript action

5th publish your customizations
